Liesa Energy Sp Z o.o. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Gemini Resources Ltd. It holds the Nowa Sol licence, which contains 28 conventional oil prospects and one large tight oil play. The licence is adjacent to producing conventional oil and gas fields.

Gemini seeks to prove up a significant resource play in a tight dolomite reservoir. Independent reports estimate 36 MMBO of 2C oil resources.

This licence also has 500,000 barrels of 2P oil reserves on its Czaslaw and Lelechow fields.
